Under the guidance of Tabitha Martin, a training program for young people aged 16 and over is being developed in sustainable fishing, including e-mobility. The practical part of the training program is being supported in cooperation with the Gold Aquafish Group. Young women in particular are to be integrated into the program. The daily distribution of charged batteries and their subsequent return for recharging opens up new fields of activity that are particularly well-suited to women and can be easily combined with childcare.
